Book an Eye Exam

Beginning with one-on-one care, eye exams with Dr. Sally Hansen, OD will focus on eye health and overall wellness for all clients.

EXAM OPTIONS

  1. Complete Eye Exam $90

    Comprehensive eye and vision exam including evaluation for eye disease, such as examination for glaucoma, cataract, and diabetes. Included printed prescription for glasses and pupillary distance.

    Vision plans and medical insurance not accepted. Cash and debit/credit card accepted.

  2. Contact Lens Exam $140

    Comprehensive vision exam, including contact lens fitting and written prescription for both glasses and contact lenses. Contact lens prescriptions can include, spherical, toric, multifocal, monovision, and gas permeables.

  3. Office Visit Returning $50

    Office Visit for returning patients within 6 months of initial visit. Includes Red Eye exam for immediate discomfort due to allergies, infection, injury, or if you are experiencing new flashes and floaters, as needed.

  4. Rx Check Returning

    Follow up Exam for returning patients within 6 months of initial visit for glasses or contact lens prescription check is included.
